I am Reverend Mark L. Riddle and am a non-denominational Christian minister in Carson City NV.

My journey in my faith began 44 years ago when I was 15 years old. My life has been filled with ups and downs. I did not always follow the path that God wanted me to follow. I had plenty of success in life however I fell into drug addiction and alcoholism to a level that brought me to my knees. By God’s Grace, I have been given a life I thought I would never have.

You might be thinking he must be rich now. No, I am not.

I am rich with the Spirit of the Lord and the gifts I have received are internal. Love, Patience, Humility, Hope, Faith and Courage. I am truly happy and have become the man I have always wanted to be and I enjoy sharing my story with others that are struggling with life.

In my life I have had it all and lost it all.

Today my mission is to carry the message of the Lord in my actions and through my past experiences. To give people hope that life is worth living. We provide several different services, Drug and Alcohol referral sources, and my own experiences. Weddings that range from small and personal to large. Theme Weddings as well as Elopement, Commitment Ceremony and Vow renewal.

About Us

The Rising Phoenix Ministries team offers a variety of services to choose from. Mark Riddle is the main Wedding Officiant and owner of Rising Phoenix Ministries. Mark offers a complimentary pre-wedding meeting to discuss your preferences and tastes and personalize the ceremony accordingly. He encourages you and your partner to share your own precious vows and can assist in the composition of vows, blessings, and rituals for an added fee.

He and the Rising Phoenix Services team are also happy to attend your rehearsal ceremony, providing an opportunity to make any last-minute changes to the itinerary. Mark can cater to various religious affiliations, such as religious, non-religious, and interfaith ceremonies, and also offers vow renewal and elopement services.
